Ed McDowell Says

Ed McDowell, Executive Director of Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center says, “Shawn brings a combination of conviction and compassion that’s compelling. When you’re leading an organization like I lead, cultural alignment is far more important than effective strategy. Strategy is important, but cultural alignment is super valuable, and to have somebody who comes in and is able to read that culture and to get in alignment with it and bring the best out of it is a real gift.”

Writing

Writing is a growing interest and practicing skillset for Shawn Ritchey. He is naturally compelled to look for and see links (connections) in the world around him. Subjects Shawn is currently most focused on in his writing deal with First Aid and intimacy with God. Though First Aid and intimacy with God seem to be very different subjects – and writing is being done on each individually – Shawn is also exploring how they can be very much related. Some of Shawn’s recent writing projects have even allowed him to share his insight and knowledge internationally.
